At Sisters & Co, we want you to love your purchase, but if it's not quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred refund method.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items securely in their original box or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; you will receive an email notification once our warehouse has processed your refund.
